We will work closely with you and the architect to create a comprehensive plan that marries your vision with our experience, expertise, and craftsmanship. Our team will help you get the required approvals from any governing entities you may need including, but not limited to, the Board of Trustees or Environmental Commissioners. We want to make building your custom home as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible!

Fishbrook Builders can help you reimagine your forever home by navigating you through the home renovation/addition process. We can assist with the design in-house or we can work with a designer of your choice. We can provide budgetary guidance, creative solutions for potential problems, and recommendations for the most cost-effective method to achieve your desired results. We create a unique comprehensive plan for each of our clients that is thorough and transparent to instill confidence in our team and allow you to enjoy the transformation process.

We understand insurance losses can be devastating and overwhelming and it is our goal to reduce the impending headache and hold your hand through the process. Gary was the co-founder of an Insurance Adjusting Firm based on the North Shore prior to starting Fishbrook Builders and his extensive knowledge of the insurance claims process has been invaluable to clients. We will work with your insurance company’s adjuster to ensure an accurate scope of work is considered and the repair estimate is fair and equitable in order to restore your home to its original condition.
