Over the course of many years, Gary and his family renovated every inch of the property, ultimately creating a true family homestead. Family, quality and hard work are the foundation of Fishbrook Builders.
Meet Gary Church
FOUNDER OF FISHBROOK BUILDERSGary founded Fishbrook Builders in 2002 after receiving an Engineering degree from Northeastern University and a ten-year career in Insurance. He built Fishbrook on the foundation of honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship by surrounding himself with the best in the business. With a combined thirty-plus years in the building industry, he provides tremendous value to his clients through his expertise and amiable personality. Gary spent most of his early life in Topsfield and settled in Boxford with his wife, Laura to raise their three children - Sarah, Brian, and Molly. They now reside in Ipswich and enjoy having a house full of children and grandchildren.
Meet Molly Sylvia
OPERATIONS MANAGERMolly is the Operations Manager of Fishbrook Builders and Gary’s youngest daughter. She graduated from Babson College with a concentration in Finance & Accounting. She earned her CPA doing public accounting and consulting for Ernst & Young before joining a startup hedge fund in Boston as the Manager of Finance & Operations.
Molly has fond memories visiting Fishbrook Builder job sites, witnessing the transformation of homes and the joy that it brought to families. This led her to leave the corporate world to focus on her true passion for entrepreneurship and home design. She has an eye for craftsmanship and an inherent ability for organization. Molly lives in Topsfield with her husband Steve and her golden retriever, Kula.
