Arthur Dioli of Olsen & Lewis Architects designed a magnificent seaside home with grand views for this client. Fishbrook Builders demolished the old house and built this beautifully designed home from the ground up. This custom home incorporates radiant heat, forced hot water baseboard, and mini splits for air conditioning with hyper-heat for a redundant heat source.  The standing seam roof slides snow off in the winter and the closed cell foam insulation minimizes cooling and heating costs year round.
